There is a downloadable copy of the Volunteer Leader Handbook under the How Do I Get Invovled section of the Volunteers & Parents tab. You will also find many other useful resources and ideas for getting invovled under this same section.

I heard there were rules for using the 4-H clover. Where do I find them?

Is 4-H a 501 (c)(3) organization? I see this listed as a requirement in most grant applications.

Yes, 4-H was granted the 501(c)(3) non-profit status by the IRS and all 4-H groups are included in this general exemption.
