A Solas Estoy Bien (On My Own and OK)
A project designed for youth who stay home alone after school on a regular basis. The project gives 4-H clubs the chance to ring these youth together to teach them important skills and information for staying home alone. Topics include: expressing feelings, safety habits, daily routines, caring for brothers and sisters, having fun during free time, and nutritious snacks. Member's parent's and leader's guides are all available in Spanish.

Aventuras En El Aprendizaje (Adventures in Learning)
Nearly 300 pages, this after-school curriculum covers all the bases with hands-on activities for youth grades K-5. Adventures in Learning is based on the Experiential Learning Model and explores topics in each of the 4-H curriculum topic areas. Each unit has five lessons with optional activities also provided. References and resources for the teacher and books for the children are included for each unit. The following life skills are emphasized: cooperation, learning to learn, communication, leadership, problem solving, decision making, and healthy lifestyle choices.

A national youth water education program that engages young people in community-based, natural resource service projects. The Give Water A Hand materials are guides for planning community involvement and action. Give Water A Hand seeks to provide young people with the investigative, planning and implementation skills needed for effective action. By gaining these skills, young people are able to be new environmental stewards in the face of new and ever-changing environmental concerns. The Give Water A Hand guides show youth and their leaders how to access local resources experts for ideas, information and resources.
